
FUNDRAISING AUCTION

On this auction site everybody can help to raise funds for the Te Horo Hall.
Men, women, children, shops, bach owners, companies, everyone can participate.

You can offer an item, a challenge, an experience, a discount, a voucher or a service.

The profits of your auction will be used to fund the re-cladding and re-roofing of the Hall.

At the end of the auction we will let the winner know they have won and how to pay the money into our account. We will also notify the person who offered something in the auction and if necessary bring them into contact with the winner.

Goods/services offered will be at the Te Horo Hall Committee’s discretion.

For artists there is the opportunity to offer a donation (percentage) of the offered item. ​

Participating individuals, shops, tradies, artists, bach owners etc. have the option to be added to our ‘Locals support locals’ page on the Te Horo Hall webpage.

There will be a price of $250 for the auction that raises the most money for the Hall.

There will be a second price of $250 for the most funny auction (the Committee will be the judges).

To make a bid on an auction you click on the 'Make an offer' button on the auction page and fill in the required details. Then simply click on the 'Submit' button. By offering on an item or service in an auction you are legally bound to complete the purchase if your bid is successful.

To join the auction you fill in the 'Auction participation' form at one of our events, or send an email to tehoro.hall@gmail.com. We will then ask you to supply details and photo's. We will let you know when the auction starts.
